Sweet as sugar Valentine

Ellie's mom asked me to snap a couple of pictures of Ellie today. Ellie was very surprised at Paxton, and how funny she was acting.

Such a sweet smile! I love taking pictures of Ellie, she always has the best facial expressions!

It wouldn't be complete without a picture of Ellie with her tongue out! I am so thankful for Ellie and her mom being in my life, I love them both! Happy Valentines Day Ellie and Leslie!

Playing with my girls

Paxton loves to dress up. Any time she finds glasses she loves to put them on and always looks up, to keep them from sliding down her tiny nose.

Of course if Paxton does something, Parker has to try to show her up. Ahhh sisters!

Caught in a moment of Surprise!

Posted by PicasaPaxton hears a dog-dog
Paxton is obsessed with dogs. If she hears a dog, she screams "dog dog!" If she sees a picture of a dog she screams "dog dog"! As we were sitting in the hallway a dog barked outside and Paxton immediately got excited, but first she gasped (click) and then started the excited squeals of dog dog. I love these moments. When I catch them and get to reflect on those moments it makes me smile. I love catching those little moments and freezing them. Being able to look back and say "I remember that stage!" It's priceless!

Beautiful Babe

I love how accessories can really make a picture pop. Of course babies are just naturally beautiful, but sometimes you can add a little something with a fun hat, or bow. I have been photographing Ellie since she was 3 months old. I love looking back and seeing how she has grown. Ellie's mom has me do pictures about every three months. Such a wonderful way to document your child's first year, and beyond.

The pitter patter squeak...

Posted by Picasa
Today as I was playing around with my camera I decided to try out a picture of Paxton. This is my usual thought, but as her hair is in her eyes and she was doing her "cheese" face I pushed the shutter and well let's just say we went with the shoe shot. There are so many times that I take pictures of the girls and they are wearing such cute shoes. After taking this shot it reminded me that sometimes a picture of a favorite pair of shoes can be just as beautiful as a smiling face.
